| A | You must ensure that the paper length is Normal and that you have not selected randon ordering. A Save button will appear when the test is complete. |
| Q | I try to login but the login page keeps re-appearing. |
| A | You must allow cookies. In Internet Explorer you can set a privacy policy of at least med-high. (Tools - Options - Privacy) or add www.11plusswot.co.uk to your list of allowed sites (Tools - Options - Privacy - Sites). We only use the cookie to remember your session ID to save you from repeatedly logging in. No personal information is stored. |

tutors and publish them online. If anyone can recommend a tutor to us please

| Q | I get an error message when trying to view the
test papers PDF downloads. |
| A | You must use version 5 or above of the Adobe
Acrobat reader. Version 4 will not open these documents. This version is
available free from the
Adobe website.. |
| Q | My membership will expire next week. I would
still like to use the website, is this possible? |
| A | Yes. You must extend
your membership before
it expires to continue to make full use of the facilities. |
| Q | I have joined the club but am unable to access
the test papers apart from the samples. |
| A | You must login with your own email and password.
Do not use the demo login. |
| Q | When I joined the club I opted to download the
test papers myself. Is it possible to also get hard copies of the papers? |
| A | Yes. The best way is to choose the
'11+ Club Members - Extend Club Membership' menu and upgrade
your 'Test papers delivery method' from download to print, pack and
post. |
| Q | I have joined the 11+ club with silver membership. However I now wish to access the additional papers (20 in all) that gold level offers. What is the best way of upgrading my membership? |
| A | The best way is to choose the
'11+ Club Members - Extend Club Membership' menu and upgrade your
Membership Level from silver to gold. You only pay for the difference between
the two levels. |
| Q | When I click on a link nothing happens. For example when I wish to download the test papers I click the link repeatedly but I see nothing. |
| A | The majority of the links (including the downloads) open a new browser window with the link content. If you have blocked popups you will not see a new window i.e. nothing appears to happen. You must enable popup windows for this site. This problem is more noticeable since the Windows XP SP2 update. You may also experience the problem if you have installed the Google or Yahoo toolbar. |
| Q | What is the difference between Demo and full membership? |
| A | New visitors to the site and those that have not yet joined the 11+Swot Club will be treated as though they were users with a login of 'demo'. This level of membership will permit users to download 1 sample paper and take 1 sample test.
When a user joins the club they are no longer demo users but full membership users with a level of Bronze, Silver or Gold. Users must login with their own email and password (as provided when signed up) to access their new level. Forget the demo login, it is no longer relevant!
The tests and papers available will depend on the level of membership. |
