• How much does it cost?

  You can get unlimited access to any of the four main subjects (English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning) for just £10. You can save money by purchasing more subjects at once. Visit the pricing page for more info.

• How long can I access the online tests and download papers for?

  Any papers you buy are valid for two years. You may access and take the tests, and download papers as many times as you like in this time.

• How do I save my test answers?

  During the test a Save button is underneath the question. You can resume them at any time from the Your Account menu.

• I try to login but the login page keeps re-appearing.

  You must allow cookies. In Internet Explorer you can set a privacy policy of at least med-high. (Tools - Options - Privacy) or add www.11plusswot.co.uk to your list of allowed sites (Tools - Options - Privacy - Sites). We only use the cookie to remember your session ID to save you from repeatedly logging in. No personal information is stored.

• I am looking for an 11+ tutor, can you recommend any?

  We are currently in the process of compiling a list of 11+ tutors. If anyone can recommend a tutor to us please get in touch.

• I get an error message when trying to view the test paper PDF downloads.

  You must use version 5 or above of the Adobe Acrobat reader. Version 4 will not open these documents. This version is available free from the Adobe website.

• I am having problems with printing.

  Please ensure you have the latest download of the Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. Also ensure that your printer has the latest driver installed (available free from the manufactures website).
  We find that any problems re printing the PDF papers are solved with these easy steps.

• When I joined the club I opted to download the test papers myself. Is it possible to also get hard copies of the papers?

  We also publish the papers as complete books that you can purchase from our shop. Click here to browse them.

• I forgot my password, can I reset?

  You can reset your password here. If you do not receive your new password in your e-mail, please check your Junk mail folder.

• I wonder if you could give me an idea of how many questions they would be expected to get right on each paper to constitute a pass.

  With regards to the pass marks, unfortunately there are no set pass marks, as there are a lot of different factors which are taken into consideration each year and within each education authority. However, as a rule of thumb we would suggest that an approximate scoring in the top 80/90’s would be the aim. The 11 plus is a hard exam to pass.

• Do you publish the answers to the papers on your website?

  The answers are on an “Answer” sheet which follows the test paper and blank answer sheets, they have a line scored through the correct answer. Also, on the end of all our tests you can review your answers and check the correct answers.

• Are the questions given, recent ones used in actual UK 2008 eleven plus papers?

  The papers fundamentally have not changed over the years, each area in the UK (and even each school) is free to set the papers as they see fit. There are no standard exams (like there are for GCSE) so some schools write their own papers based on an external standard such as NFER. Our papers were written by 11Plus tutors based around the NFER standard and encompass Maths, English, Verbal and non Verbal Reasoning.We have been going for 5 years and have received excellent feedback from parents. Variations of our papers have been used in schools in Kent for example. Our papers were written by 11Plus tutors based around the NFER standard.

• Do you supply 13+ papers?

  No unfortunately we don’t.

• I am having trouble with the video tutorial CDs, they don’t have any sound.

  The CD tutorials don’t have sound, they are a series of ‘How to’ questions.

• As a tutor what are the licensing rights with regard to photocopying the exam papers for students?

  We offer a reduced licence to tutors and other organisations. In order to put together a quote for you we will need the following information: How many children will you be tutoring? Which subjects? And finally, do you just want the papers or do you want the children to have an account as well so they can take the tests online? Just contact us.

• I am trying to purchase an item, but currently is out of stock, can I receive an e-mail when this item gets available?

  Please contact us and we let you know when this item gets available again.

• I have purchased some items, can you tell me how long it will take to be delivered?

  We dispatch orders ASAP. If you process your order on a weekend it won’t get dispatched until Monday. Deliveries take approx 2 to 3 working days. You can check your Order History on Your Account Details, also if your item got dispatched you will receive an e-mail letting you know when we dispatch your order. Online Testing and Papers Downloads won’t be delivered, if your purchase those items they will be available straight way on the Exam and Download pages.

• What is the duration given to complete each online test?

  You have a choice of three durations available to choose from when taking an online test, short, medium and normal.
  Short     = 16 minutes
  Medium = 33 minutes
  Normal  = 50 minutes

  Yes, all of our products are now available on our online shop.

• Can I still buy test papers individually?

  No, our test papers are available as books including all 5 test papers. They are available on our online shop.
